1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vippkr website accessible at https://vippkr.bet, including all associated mobile applications, progressive web app versions, and any sub-domains operated by vippkr.
• "vippkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the vippkr platform, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vippkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the vippkr platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" means all gaming products offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other sports), live casino, online slots, virtual games, and any other wagering-related products.
• "Funds" means any PKR or USDT balance held within your vippkr account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive balances added to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or deposit must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by vippkr to confirm a user's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the vippkr Platform is not permitted under applicable law or licensing conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vippkr Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any Service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with:

• The vippkr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• The vippkr Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform at the relevant time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vippkr. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the vippkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. vippkr operates a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit access to any person below this age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through vippkr's own tools or through any applicable regulatory self-exclusion scheme.

vippkr reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of the registration process or during the ongoing operation of your Account. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vippkr may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of vippkr Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be communicated to vippkr promptly.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify vippkr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or the support email.
• vippkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any third party is prohibited.

vippkr operates a one-account-per-household policy. Multiple Accounts registered from the same household, IP address, or device may be flagged for review and are subject to closure at vippkr's discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vippkr Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with the exception of USDT transactions which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, or USDT as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vippkr reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposited funds for compliance purposes.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed.
• vippkr aims to process withdrawal requests within 2–4 hours during operating hours (09:00–02:00 PKT), though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• vippkr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds prior to processing.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the vippkr Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within each product area:

• All bets are accepted at vippkr's sole discretion. vippkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where vippkr expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure that results in a game or betting round being interrupted, vippkr's records shall be the definitive reference for the state of play at the time of the interruption.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODI series, and Test matches — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In-play markets are settled on the state of play at the time the market is closed.
• Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers. The rules of each game as displayed within the game interface are binding. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider's licence.
• Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in online slot games and virtual products are independently certified and audited. Results are final and non-negotiable once confirmed by the system.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event type apply and are displayed within the relevant product area. vippkr reserves the right to reduce these limits for specific users or events at its discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

vippkr offers various promotional incentives to new and existing users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria are stated within each promotional offer.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise specified. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the offer.
• Bonus Funds have a validity period. Any unclaimed or unwagered Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates per game type are stated in the promotional terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward Wagering Requirements.
• vippkr reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, users who have already opted in will have a reasonable period to complete any outstanding wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet requirements, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vippkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the vippkr Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional terms through low-risk wagering patterns, collusion with other accounts, or repeated sign-up bonus claims via new account registrations.
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino card games, and sports betting syndicates.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, pricing error, technical malfunction, or obvious human error in odds or game outcomes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access systems, data, or areas of the Platform beyond your authorised user account.

9. Responsible Gaming

vippkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. Gaming on the vippkr Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when your gaming session has reached a duration you define.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the vippkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall arrangement and compilation of content — is the property of vippkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of vippkr.
• The vippkr name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of vippkr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without vippkr's prior written authorisation.
• Third-party game content accessible through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their separate licence terms.

11. Privacy & Data

vippkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Collection of registration data (name, email address, date of birth, CNIC, payment information) for account management and KYC compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vippkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising in connection with the Platform, even if vippkr has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, network outages, or events beyond vippkr's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in game outcomes or odds resulting from third-party provider systems, provided vippkr takes reasonable steps to investigate and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners whose products and services are made available through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vippkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vippkr makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

vippkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Identification of a user as a politically exposed person (PEP) or inclusion on a sanctions list.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, vippkr reserves the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and the circumstances justify it.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting vippkr support via live chat or email. Any Real Money Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

14. Amendments to Terms

vippkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vippkr will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the Platform, email notification, or both, prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions that do not materially affect users' rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vippkr holds its primary operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and vippkr, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first contact vippkr's support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution of the dispute. vippkr will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to vippkr. vippkr will respond with a final position within 28 days of receipt of the formal complaint.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
